A. Membership requirements:

3. Users must not create more than one account per person, nor may they create more than one account per household.

4. Users must not create more than one account per computer.

5. Users must log in and use VirtuaDOM Free Affiliate Program on their own personal computer only. The use of a VirtuaDOM Free Affiliate Program account on a public or shared computer is grounds for disqualification.

6. Users must not use a proxy or otherwise attempt to mask or reroute their connection.

B. Disqualification. A user's account may be disqualified and his or her earnings forfeit in, but not limited to, the following cases:

1. He/she violates any of the terms set forth in these Terms of Service,

2. He/she posts his or her referral link where it is unwelcome (e.g., "spamming"),

3. He/she attempts to exploit any vulnerability on VirtuaDOM and VirtuaDOM (e.g., "hacking"),

4. He/she is determined by VirtuaDOM Free Affiliate Program, in its sole discretion, to be detrimental to the stability of this site or this site's relationship with its advertisers.

5. He/she provides fake, invalid, or information that does not reflect themselves on an offer. Each user must use his/her VALID information on every offer completed. A user may not create an email address or voicemail box for the sole purpose of completing offers.

C. Cancellation:

1. There is no function available for canceling accounts. Users wishing to cancel their account may simply cease to log in.

D. Transfer:

1. Accounts may not be transferred, exchanged, sold, or otherwise change ownership under any circumstances, except by VirtuaDOM Free Affiliate Program.

II. RESERVED RIGHTS
 

A. Reserved Rights. VirtuaDOM Free Affiliate Program reserves the following rights:

1. VirtuaDOM Free Affiliate Program reserves the right to deny payment for any legitimate reason.

2. VirtuaDOM Free Affiliate Program reserves the right to disable any account for any reason.

3. VirtuaDOM Free Affiliate Program will report fraudulent activities to the proper authorities.

4. VirtuaDOM Free Affiliate Program reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Any such update will be posted to this page.

5. VirtuaDOM Free Affiliate Program reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time.

III. PAYMENTS
 

Once the 1,000,000th referral joins, we will promptly pay affiliates.

IV. WORD OF MOUTH
 

A. Definitions:

1. A "Referral" is defined as: a user who signs up for VirtuaDOM Free Affiliate Program at another user's direction or suggestion, whether via a referral link or unreferred.

2. "Unique and valid" is defined as residing in a different household and using a different internet connection.

B. Conditions:

1. Referrals must be unique and valid users.

2. You may not sign up "on behalf" of another user.

C. Falsification of Referrals:

1. Any user falsifying Referrals may be subject to any or all of the following:

a. account termination.

b. loss of earnings.

c. legal action.

D. Responsibility.

1. Users are responsible for the validity and eligibility of their Referrals. Users who generate large numbers of fraudulent Referrals, regardless of the method or intentions, will be subject to account termination and loss of earnings.

V. INDEMNIFICATION
 

A. Liability:

1. You agree to hold VirtuaDOM Free Affiliate Program completely without liability or fault in the course of any court proceedings ("hold harmless").

B. Unenforceability:

1. If any provision of this agreement shall be held or made invalid or unenforceable by a court decision, statute, rule or otherwise, the remaining provisions of this agreement shall not be affected thereby.

VI. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
 

B. Any dispute under this agreement must be settled under the laws of Cyprus. Any litigation relating to this document must be brought in the state courts located in Nicosia CY, our place of business.

C. We will not be held responsible for mis-configured browsers or computers that block or do not allow tracking cookies. Before using our site you agree that you have checked that your computer does allow session cookies.

VII. Recommendations
